This book is awesome! The author emphasized the four pillars of the brain's learning algorithm: attention, active engagement, error feedback and consolidation. These are not that very new concept. However it's also true that we don't apply them systematically when we try to learn something new.
Learning is not just to put a lot of information to the brain. It could hurt our potential ability, especially our interest, curiosity, and passion for learning. I think this 'morale' is the key for learning based on my personal experience. I've been convinced of it again after reading this book.
I'm looking forward to teaching it to my sons in the future.
