I think I've read this type of book quite a lot. Although it's a good book but not that special in terms of contents. The original title is 'Effortless', but that certainly doesn't mean that we do not need to make a effort. Rather, we need to make more effort to be effortless. Sounds ironic? Yes, but it is true. That's because we, human beings, are born to be very efficient to survive, but inefficient to do something! We are not machine, but we should be machinelike to be more efficient. That's why some efforts are needed to do something effortlessly. That's what I think of while reading this book.
