I had a call with Pink and a counselor from D. I shared my concerns with them and asked for advice. As a brief summary:
Love yourself - do not do something you will regret
Just imagine your mom what she would do when you got mad
Express your emotion and don’t be shy
Pursue a person of number 7 from enneagram - be humorous
Believe yourself to change
I didn’t expect everything to go well at once. But I have to start to change. Rebuild trust from J.
